As image consultants we help guys understand what they personally communicate to other people based upon these decisions.
For example, we can tell a lot about you within minutes based upon what choices you have made when selecting your look for the day.
Little things like being sure your nails are trim and clean are critical. If you initiate a conversation with a woman, and she notices this about you – guess what – your stock just took a dip in her eyes.
What are you not addressing on a daily basis that you need to in order to refine and polish your look? Are your dress shirts clean and pressed? If not, do you iron them before wearing them a second time? The “frumpy guy” look is never in guys…
If you can project a look that is conscious, you convey to others that you are not lazy, and are someone who pays attention to detail. Even if you like the casualness of the “hipster” look, you must pay attention to all the details to build a complete image.
Can you see how important that might be when going for an interview? Or, a first date?? Women go to great lengths to prepare themselves for their lives. Isn’t it true that we lose attraction for women who don’t?
For example, if you saw a woman who was naturally beautiful, with an elegant style but who also had a lousy manicure, or slightly smelled of BO - it would seem odd wouldn’t it?
Your impression of her would change, wouldn’t it?
Don’t you deserve the maximum edge?
