This is a new rule that I think we all can benefit from.
It's actually self-explanatory.

If you have a bad experience sarging, don't let the thoughts linger in your
head for more than a day.

Everyone should put this into effect because if you constantly mope on the past
it actually keeps you from "evolving" from AFC --> PUA. We all should really
just try to better our game instead of complaining.
