Even some of the veterans on this site should pay attention to what he says.

The nutcases in chat; the dopey posts in General,
from guys who won't read the guidelines for posting;
the failure to read for content; the blind allegiance
to ideas that are disproven; any nickname containing
"pimp","thug" or "gangsta"; the general lack of common
sense are all giving me a headache.
When the old, unmoderated alt.seduction.fast newsgroup
on USENET was where the action was, bad thinking and
silly behavior was flamed out of existence. Since
these forums have grown to the point where it's nearly
impossible to keep up with who's saying what, a lot
of crap passes into the mix. All the decent content is
being diluted with the sort of information that we
discounted years ago - what you've learned in high
school about picking up women may be wrong!
It's not a question of Old School vs. New School
anymore. It's any schooling vs. illiteracy. The
unteachable are trying to teach the unknowing. Form's
recent post about newbies chiming in on subjects they
can only conjecture about barely scratches the surface.
The surfeit of content free posts is becoming alarming.
It goes beyond moderation, which is only for those who
break the rules here. It's about losing focus on the
purpose of this website.
IMO, the purpose of this website is to get this part
of your life managed to your content (accent on the
last syllable). The clueless, goal-less chasing of
pussy is not what this is about. Self mastery trumps
pussy any day.
