Only mentioned the boxing cos it's relevant to a question about
staying in the game when there's an age difference. I never have
to use boxing directly or talk about it when sargeing. It just adds
confidence when AMOGS are around. Means a guy can't intimidate
you physically, which is a pretty common AMOG tactic. You come
across as calm.

I posted the report precisely because it was same day f-close. I
have had many similar sarges where I walk away, maybe with a
number, knowing in my gut that I had a chance of f-closing on the
day but either I didn't have the will/skills to plough through - or
logistics fucked it up.
I reckon there is often a better chance of f-closing on the first sarge
in these circumstances then there is on day 2. One of my major
aims is to do this more consistently.
