Your use of it is not effective.
C&F is supposed to be,
1) Girl is bored
2) you approach with opinion opener
3) fluff for a second on opinion opener
4) PUA busts out Cocky and Funny
And this is what is supposed to happen theoretically
5) Girl is like, "this guy is NOT blown over by the fact that I have breasts
and a vagina, there must be something interesting about him, so i'll continue
to listen to him, and eventually become intrigued.
6) Girl comes back with snappy retort
7) Guy has killer follow up - and girl is laughing
8) Continues for a little bit
9) Girl goes DDB, wowed at the guys verbal acumen.
10) She sucks his dick right there at the bar in front of all of her church
going friends, employer, and parents that came up from the country to visit
her.

What Young Mc, and any student of the Game, has learned, is that just because
you can provoke a reaction (laughter, jealousy), doesn't actually mean that
you've made it "in".
You still aren't really communicating with a chick.
Lots of people laugh, because they aren't trying to make you feel bad.
And some of these Cocky and Funny routines on paper, are just insults. Some of
them can be saved if delivered correctly, but most folks don't really
understand good delivery, hence they don't like scripts.
The way cocky and funny should work, if you're going to use indirect...
1. approach
2. opener
3. gauge reaction - if positive proceed
3(a) - if negative, PROCEED
4. small talk
5. Cocky and Funny - light
6. Gauge reaction - Did she bite?
You can get a chuckle out of most people. A lot of time they just laugh to be
social.
This is the key part. Until she realizes you want to play with her, cocky and
funny is just stupid and annoying.
And the, "I like your fake breasts", "I'm just kidding" style of cocky and
funny is shooting yourself in the foot. It's childish. But not childish in a
playful way. It comes off as insecure and needy.
7. If she didn't bite, you need to re-engage, and sly/subtle cocky and funny.
You have to keep baiting her to go back and forth with you. And the key to
cocky and funny, is not the first zinger, but the FOLLOW UP zinger.
8. She bites, and now you're in a little contest, where you got show off your
personality, and do some screening.
If she just wants to win and shut you up, you're not doing it right.
If you're really going hardcore with the humor, you need a side splitting
uncontrollable laughter to happen. The type of thing that makes you spit out
your drink it's so god damn funny.
You're doing that to a random chicks on a regular basis, you can get somewhere.
The ultimate goal of the PUA is to be able to pull a woman's emotional strings.
Because *one* of the keys to a woman's body, is controlling her emotions.
(There are other keys of course, and all the diff. methods focus on different
aspects)

The darkside of C&F is that you become a clown for a bitch's amusement.
And an even darker side of C&F, you neglect using more direct alpha methods of
getting what you want from a bitch. Cocky and Funny becomes a crutch.
