structure of fundamentals then advanced, then mastery. The sort of guideline
for what to focus on is really good. Most of it I have gotten from his
archive, on ASF, and in chat.
But the stuff I had gotten from chat is better organized in the book and you
can see where it fits in with other stuff wrt getting laid.
