their opinion.
However, sometimes, out of field reports, arise nuggets of pure gold, that
prove their causal nature BY THEMSELVES, without needing any help from the
author - All he has to do is write the field report in a proper and concise
manner.
Below is an explanation, along with my favorite examples of this.
These bits of info are VERY important, some very basic underline is beneath
them, and, among other basic things we know are required for good seduction, it
is THESE bits of info that are worth further study.
What do I mean by prove their causal nature by themselves ?
When things are flowing smooth, and you're just in the "don't mess it up" mode,
you know everything you do is helping your game. It's all good, and it's good
to read the field report to learn how to flow smooth. However, we can't exactly
point out what causes what.
However, when the girl is hesitant, and the PUA does something, and suddenly
she turns all around - you KNOW the PUA did something very basic, passed some
test, proved himself a man, and it was THIS thing that caused her to be more
attracted.
You know this, because one moment she was hesitant, then you did something very
right, then she changed her whole frame of mind.
My 2 favorite examples, which I put to good use in the field:
Girl: "dunno... my dog ate it... it's broken..." [some excuse not to give phone
number]
Prime Alpha: "It's ok, I'll only call you like, 10 times a day!" in a C&F tone"
Girl: [suddenly breaks a smile and changes her whole frame of mind] "hehe
:-)... here, write it down..."
This technique has some very basic underline that pertains to seduction, and
it's causal effect is obvious to all - girl hesitated, gave excuses - PUA used
this - girl turned all around BECAUSE of it.
An interesting variation of mine to this technique is to be ahead of the game
and say "Let's exchange phone numbers... but only if YOU promise not to call ME
10 times a day!". It has the same "hehe" effect and the girl willingly hands
out the number.
Because no hesitation preceded, it doesn't "prove itself" as strongly as
something that negates hesitation, but it's a sure bet to say that this uses
the same underlying basic principle, due to the similarity of the message, and
the similarity of the effect. One might say, it DID cause something - it caused
her to give up her hesitation in advance!
Another example I put to good use:
Prime Alpha: "Let's meet up... exchange phone#... etc."
Girl: [some variation of] "...let me consult with my friends..."
Prime Alpha: [whispers in an assertive voice, and using the opportunity to
kino]: "Do you always let your friends make your decisions for you?"
Girl: [all turned around, takes out phone to exchange numbers] "here's my
number!"
This technique also self-proves it's own causality because again the girl has
turned around, her hesitation negated.
Basically we have several levels of discussion when speaking of the causal
effectiveness of techniqes:
1) Strong self-proved causality:
Something that turns the girl around, ergo it's obvious your technique did it,
right there and then.
2) Weak proved causality:
As in the "stay ahead of the game" example. You said/did something, and got a
positive response, but you can't be sure if you would have gotten a different
response, etc. You are very sure, that this caused the positive effect, because
it's based on a strong self proving idea.
3) Basic consensus causality.
Things we know and take for a fact that effect attraction, such as: general
mood and radiation, body language, good looks, being a good conversationalist,
etc.
The flow mode, the "don't mess it up" mode.
We can't specifically point out turning points - because there are none - but
we all know for a fact that when these things are absent, the PU is very rough.
Most reports, I would say, are 90% #3, interspersed with 10% of #2 and #1,
which seems to be the natural progression of a good encounter - generally
smooth, with some tests to be overcome here and there.
Since most everyone has the basic game well established, one should pay special
attention when reading reports for those nuggets of self-proving techniques, to
better overcome such hurdles if they encounter them.
