Astounding. I remember after the Mystery Method workshop shit just started
happening. Like, I would do nothing and the pickup would just seem to progress
further and faster than I ever expected. Some of that came from the
techniques, etc. but someone of it was just completely unexplainable. Girls
immediately responding to my opener. One girl took my hand and wrote down her
number without me asking for it with this slight look of fear that I wasn't
going to ask for it. Club makeouts. I had a girl start freak dancing with me
out of NOWHERE at a normal bar (not club). That's how she OPENED me because I
didn't see her. I was talking to a friend and my back was turned towards her
and suddenly this HB8.5 blonde girl starts thrusting herself at me. Yeah she
was drunk, but there were other guys and this sort of stuff just never happens
to me.

I attribute most of that to the sheer number of sets I did over that week with
a plan of action in mind. Yeah, this might have just been a string of good
luck or a lucky streak or even my mind seeing what it expected to see or
something, and I'm sure some of it was, but I doubt all of it was.

I started sarging less, my skills went down, and I got to the point where if a
girl/set wasn't immediately responsive to my opener like I had become
accustomed to, I didn't know what was going on or what to do next. I honestly
got confused and started asking "what's happening". Previously I would expect
to have to keep talking before I got a IOI's and the girl became unlocked.

So this idea of things being cyclical really intrigues me. I had little skill.
Took a workshop. Got more skill. Went out and got validated hardcore. Was
happy. Slacked off hardcore, cause hey, I was happy, and boom, I'm back to
having lesser skill. I expect girls to immediately pickup on the fact that
I've interacted with so many different sets that the social pressure no longer
gets to me and thus I'm attractive because I'm socially savvy and socially
calibrated.

Except the social pressure is getting to me now just like it did in the
beginning.
