Thanks man. He did ruin me the next night. But I will never hang with him
ever again. Problem solved.

It's good shit. The excercise as we did it in the class was: You look at the
other person, and verbally state whatever you notice. It can be a simple
observation: "Your eye twitched." Or it can even be an inference. "You're
getting pissed off." It just has to be a "you" statement.
Then you switch, then you both go at once. It's neat, cause it sometimes turns
into a kind of showdown, to see who keeps cool, and who gets the other person
to be self-conscious.
I've found it really helpful cause it puts me in a state of mind where I'm
focused OUTWARD. Where I have zero self-consciousness, because _I_ am the
judge. _I_ am the subject, THEY are the object, the one under scrutiny. My BL
naturally slows down and becomes more confident when I do this. Try it out.

Jlaix talks about when he gets into deep rapport with a chick, he genuinely
feels like he's in love with her. Then it usually wears off after he fucks her
once or twice.
When I'm really hitting it off with a girl, sometimes I won't even want to do
other sets, cause I actually feel like I'm falling for my target.
Girls are my anti-drug.
