Are you Mormon?

From my experience, I think online dating is more difficult than PU in real
life. After countless hours of time and hundreds of messages, I was able to
meet like 3 half-way decent girls. I decided that it was a waste of time.
Beside the fact that PU is something that I want to learn for it's own sake and
I think it's fun. But if you can make the online stuff work for you, more
power to you. Good luck.
