Dance a little bit and isolate her asap, you don`t really need an opener since
the dancing/kino IS the opener in such a situation. If she accepts your kino,
just grab her hand and lead her to the bar or some quiet place. I also wouldn`t
suggest the female opinion opener in that case ;)
