Excellent post, Esk, but I dare to say that this So Cute does not have the
relationship skills to begin a live-in relationship with a hot young girl he's
known for a long time.

What I wanted to comment on:
If you do this (still a bad idea, still not recommended) then make sure she
pays rent. Make sure, in fact, that she pays as much if not MORE rent than you.

A wash. Good post and logical thinking Esk, though I really think SC could
benefit from getting with a couple dozen women before he even thinks of
live-in'ing.
