Here's what you do:
Let them see you getting success. Let them see you happy, social, successful
with girls, etc.
Don't go out of your way to show off in front of them: Just be happy and
successful, and they'll see it from you.
At the same time, encourage them a little, and mix in a little technical
advice.
So start by saying stuff like, "Hey, lookin' sharp, man," when they're looking
good, or let them know when they do something cool and so on.
After a while, they get used to listening to you and feeling good around you
(what you're doing is becoming a natural» leader, slowly, but you're not leading
yet - so far you're just encouraging good behavior). After they trust and like
being around you, you slowly start changing them for the better. Correct their
bodylanguage by saying, "Straighten the fuck up, man. You're way too cool not
to" and *MEAN IT*. Then go back to being your successful, encouraging self, and
then maybe a week or so later, throw in something like, "Hey playboy, speak a
little deeper, homie. How are these chicks going to know you're a fucking stud
if you don't?" (Again, a mix of encouraging and technical advice)
Slowly, you'll find people happier and more successful around you. If you keep
it up, the smart ones will come to you at some point and say, "Hey... yo Mirx,
you always seem to do well with women and I don't man. Can you give me some
tips?"
Those people, are teachable. They will go far and be loyal to you.
Most people are not like that. But the best part is, if you carry yourself the
way I'm suggesting, you'll be more well-liked, people will be more loyal to
you, and people will literally *be* and *feel* better around you.
It's no quick fix, but it's the best solution I've found. You can't force this
stuff down people's throats: You can only show them the door, they gotta walk
in.
