it is good!
i found it very watered down - like if you're used to ASF stuff you might be
a little frustrated with it at times
its sortof a happy medium between PUA/AFC...to me its a very good guide if
you don't want to get HARDCORE into the techniques and just focus on your
attitude....yes thats it - attitude wise its wonderful!
