.. Now 7-8months down the road I am still an rAFC, but I know my limits, and I
have such a vast and better understanding of the person I am, as opposed to the
person people want me to be. Depression is no longer an issue, neither is the
cravings for something to temporarly make it vanish.

Wow, inspirational and well said. Keep us informed as to you're research
elements. I have to admit that depending on how fly my outfit is, will
