mASF post by "thrillseeker" posted on: mASF forum: General Discussion newsgroup, August 8, 2005State is crucial. As RSD says, "Game is your projection of inner state through
the rythems you use to direct the social interaction." You have to be in a
good state.
Doing PU is the best way to get in the right state, which is why I think
warm-ups are completely indispensable to running good game.
Sometimes shit happens. What can you do? Last time I went out I was in such a
bad mood cause of this dude I went with. He annoys me more than any other
person has in my entire life. His presence was fucking odious, and it irrated
me to the point of blind rage.
As a result, I could not game. I just brooded. When I did get off my ass and
force myself into set, I got one number, and my state was starting to improve
as I was getting attraction and having a good time.
Focus on the positive. Ask yourself, "What do I have to be happy about?" And
think of answers. Sometimes shit happens, and you'll be in a fucked headspace.
But you roll with it, and it passes. If you're unhappy ALL the time, then you
should make yourself stop, and if you can't make yourself more positive maybe
see a therapist or something.
Check out Tony Robbins. He talks all about how to control your emotions and be
positive. I think it is an essential life skill in addition to being helpful
for PU.
Girls are my anti-drug.
