I've been there too, but somewhere along the line I dropped some of it, I'm not
sure what exactly or why, maybe because of exposure to some of the stuff you
mention below.

From a distance the world can look like a pessimistic place.

I don't think you're hatin, I think you're being very realistic, and that's
cool! Everybody needs a good perspective of reality every now and then to keep
them in touch, and you have a way of presenting it without making derogatory
statements about others, that's cool.
