That would be the determination of the professionals, but I'm sure you
agre with me that since he has openly dared people to kill him on
several occasions, this constitutes a suicide threat -- especially
given his past admissions of contemplating suicide.
As such it is the responsibility of those Gordon is in contact with to
prevent a potential suicide from happening.
