"Mixing pain and pleasure" is a seduction tool. From "Art of seduction",
Chapter 20:

20-MIX PLEASURE WITH PAIN

"The greatest mistake in seduction is being too nice. At first, perhaps, your

Ok, I understand. This is way better then the AFC response of directly
confronting her with the BS... but it's not the best method, because she still
sees the emotional reaction.

Better is to stay unaffected at first and to turn the tables at a later time
and beat her with her own weapons, so that she doesn't see the connection to
her seductive move.
