I don't do this with every set, but when its appropriate it works like a charm. Basically I use PU theory to my advantage in a set by telling her she's giving me various IOI's, but acting like I don't know what they mean. It works to make her more aware of her attraction to me, and as a result increases it.
Lines I use for this are:
"Wow, your pupils get really big when you look at me... that's so cool"
"I like the way you laugh at whatever I say, its kinda cute"
"Its interesting how you look so comfortable around me even though we just met"
"Yeah, you love attention don't you?"
"Stop looking at me like a doggy looks at his dinner bowl when its time to eat"
"Definitely did not intend to talk to you for this long, its like you kidnapped me and made me lose track of time"
"I love the way you keep licking your lips when you look at me... hope you're not planning anything devious"
These are just some examples I've used successfully, but its easy to see how others can be applied. This strategy is best used when you do have some level of basic attraction with her, and I usual say them in a naive way like I really don't know what it means..

~this is one of the easiest ones to use because she can't really check out her pupils to see if they are getting bigger and usually takes your word for it... also most girls know what this means but won't tell you like its their secret
~Best said after she laughs at something you said, but makes her more aware of how much fun she is having around you and again making her feel more attraction as she becomes aware of it.
~another one that's easy to assume and it increases her comfort level even more. The girl will usually say something about feeling like she's known you forever, etc...
~Connotates she loves your attention and best said when she's obviously giving you IOI's in A3
~using the infamous DDBL and calling her out on it... again hard for her to tell if she's really doing it and works best when she is already feeling some attraction for you.
~highlights that she has been talking to you for a while, which makes her notice that she has enjoyed the conversation and is into you.
~Again hard for her to know if she's actually doing it and easy for you to convince her she was.
