Opening
Dress well. Everything should fit well. Shoes should match your outfit. Have the basic accessories and feel free to accent but don't over-do it. No need to peacock if you have solid game. You should be able to wear it well whatever 'style' you are rocking that night.
Wear more cologne than usual but don't overdo-it. Ramp it up until you start getting compliments and then stay at that level. If you never get compliments you are not wearing enough. If dudes are looking at you funny than you are wearing too much.
Stay mobile to the fullest. Standing is best. If you must sit, get up regularly and walk around. Open everyone. Answer questions in ways that can be interpreted as a player but do not brag. Never apologize. Look for good signs such as positive attitude, leaning in, listening intently, eye contact, etc..
Open sets non-chalantly but with utter confidence. Find the chicks that want to interact in that group and start in with them. Compliment. Make fun of someone in the bar. Make fun of her. Push/pull. Utterly cool with friends. No push pull - just great guy with them. Never apologize. Ignore almost all slights.
Don't just open people near you. b-line directly over to sets clear across the bar. Practice situational, compliment and opinion openers. The higher-pressure the better.
Open mixed-sets and figure out situations quickly by asking simple direct questions. Take seriously any clues etc.. from chicks. They are subtle but priceless.
Tip well, compliment wait staff, find out where they hang, etc..
Mid-game
Get the number at a high-point about mid-game. Make it an IOI. Might as well, you need to give a couple anyway. Don't react. She will give you her number. Just ask, stand and smile. Repeat her name while closing. Kino.
During down-time or when not interacting, face the same way as her and kino. Slow, confident movements. Kiss is possible here but instead smell neck, nibble ear, etc..
Always positive with friends. Bring a good time with you. Dominant, very confident. Bust targets balls but always with a smile. You are down with everyone and give everyone a chance to impress you.
Dancing. Get out there but only groove on the songs you are into. Fucking hang back and chill or stay social during the suck songs. Always let chicks back in or reinitiate right away when they come out from the floor. When dancing focus mostly on her but no entirely. You need something to do if she walks off with her friends temporarily and if you're having fun then you have something to do.
Protect her from dudes. With body-language. Place yourself between them and her. Be proactive about aggressive dudes and include them for a minute then exclude them subtly by body-language or directing conversations.
Do not judge shit. Don't judge her girl-friends, guy-friends or other people in the bar. If you do bring something like this up really feel it and explaining why you are not digging her. Make it real. Everything should demonstrate something about you.
When you give IOI's (heck anytime you are talking) look directly into her eyes. Do not flinch. Compliment eyes. Smile.
Be completely non-needy. If the girl needs to bounce to the restroom, talk to friends, whatever, let her. Just be completely cool. Don't think about her but instead how sex you are, how money the night is, how the women are banging.
Lead lead lead. Grab her by the hand and move her somewhere. Take her up to the bar, outside, pull her aside. Keep doing this throughout the night. Build compliance. If you're doing everything correctly extraction will come naturally.
Extracting
Talk with friends. Encourage friends to hookup with a guy there. Exaggerate to target that her friend is really digging that guy. Exaggerate your place/food, etc..
Invite her back or to another bar or to grab some food early. Don't wait until the place closes. You want to place the thought in her mind so she gets turned on in the meantime. If you can keep getting her turned on all of the time she will start figuring out logistics (consciously or not).
Fuck kissing in the bar. Give her heavy enough kino she knows what's up without doing a makeout and possibly making her feel self-conscious. I mean when it's on it's on but if you're playing solid game wait until you two have some kind of privacy before you escalate to tongue-down. Go in light on the kiss and pull away. Focus on the release as per Cosy.
Completely non-needy again. Persist on the extraction a little (even physically lead her) but if she is not into it, makeout and get number. Talk about your schedules, etc.. # close if you haven't got it yet. Sell her on some fun event coming up and leave her with something unique about you.
Remember you are better than 95% of the guys out there. She will realize it given time.
Persistence over everything else.
