So I've decided to try out some good/random lifestyle habits for 21 days to see what I think of each of them. The ones I like I will integrate fully into my life.
1. Balanced diet.
I've been a protein/fat whore for a long time, and as much as I prefer this method of energy gathering than eating carbs - I am almost convinced now that this is partly to blame for my low immune system. So I'm kicking the habit for 21 days - I will be consuming recommended quantities of green vedge, fruit, berries, etc. I will still be avoiding sugar of all descriptions - apart from honey which is nice in tea!
2. No milk in tea/green tea.
Rather than my usual coffee/milky-strong-black-tea at work I'm going to drink green tea. Caffinated still (I like caffeine). I will also be having a blob of honey in it - I've been suffering from throat problems for a while and after some experimentation I've determined this may be a fix.
3. Internet time-wasting loop limitation
G-mail/Facebook/Wiki/other bullshit time wasteing sites will be limited to a 30 minute slot. 5:30-6:00pm every day, no exceptions apart from work related e-mails and emergency e-mails.
4. Internet forums/chat rooms only on Sundays
I've been known to waste a few hours here and there in mASF chat for example. This will now be restricted to Sundays.
5. Kegal excercises
After a conversation with pureevil I've decided to give these a real good go. Daily practice for 21 days minimum, started a few days ago.
6. 10 minutes of serious mindfulness meditation a day
For a whole number of reasons. I've been dabbling with this on and off for ages, it's about time I made a real commitment, gave it a proper go, and monitored what results it could potentially provide.
7. No masturbation orgasms.
NO masturbation orgasms. That is ZERO masturbation orgasms.
How about one... this week?
NO bitch!
Unless I'm masturbating on a chick's face that is.
But that's really not my style...
8. Writing at least ONE article per week.
I write freelance articles for a website which I can't reveal because it hands my identity out on mASF I get paid fairly well for these articles and I can write as many as I want, but I've been struggling to really get the ball rolling... weirdly enough ever since the Ed told me he'd be paying me.
So I'm committing to at least ONE a week. I've just wrote one... a good one at that, so I've got 7 days to write another.
My reasons are... extra cash plus I'm fairly certain my writing will ultimately be a powerful tool in whatever it is I end up doing so I need to keep it well flexed.
9. Practicing kinesthetic control
Following a conversation with Corvette, I want to take this up again - pronto. No details here - but this is heavily linked to the mindfulness meditation above. That's kind of a prerequisite.
EDIT: Changed to a general positive monitoring of thoughts/feelings. Through the practice of mindfulness I will actively identify recurring negative thoughts/feelings and seek to dehabitualise them or replace them with positive ones. I have mentioned an example of this in my mission thread which has cropped up recently.
10. NO ejections from set
I was already doing this, but I just want to staple it down. There will be NO ejections from sets... NO ejections. If I get back-turned, or told to fuck off, or the chick is literally 0% interested in me (IE: with boyfriend and they are just enjoying the show) then I'll get out of there.
But otherwise the name of the game is fast sexual escalation, sexual tension, firm isolations/bounces/extractions, deep connections, and hA-Penis cumming deep inside. This is also the case in day-game... I WILL SIMPLY not leave a set.
I was going to throw some excercise stuff in here too but this seems more than enough to be getting on with.
Alright? Anyone got a good method of remembering all this shit? Fuck.
Man I am all about the change. My infield progress is good but some things have just not been working out - I have been getting ill often, getting tired in field, getting a little disorganised here and there, letting myself slip at work, etc.
