So I am going through these young women, 21-35, and clicking yes, no, no, no, no, yes yes, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, yes and so on. Here are some thoughts flashing through my head, some of them limiting beliefs to be sure!
- This girl is very insecure about her looks
- This girl is beautiful but a little TOO pretentious (model pics,,,, she'll probably be a bitch or has 8,000 chode heads messaging her already)
- Barf... wait, she seems like a nice person, probably someone's daughter, how cruel of me... wait, what am I doing on this site anyway?
- This girl is fucking HOT but doesn't quite realize it... she would be easy for me to play with AND she turns me on.. click yes!
- This woman wants to get PREGNANT... This is a woman who can go out and "get any guy she wants" but she REALLY wants a REALLY HOT GUY to "have an accident" with, and maybe she can make him fall in love with her while she's at it
- This woman LOVES cock, can't get enough of it... be reasonably good looking and not a complete chode and she will go for you, at least use you for a free dinner to social proof herself in front of OTHER MEN
- This woman is DESPERATE for a man
- This woman is very pretty but not my "ethnic" preference
- This woman is unlikely to ever have a boyfriend in her life, let alone children (very sad!)
- This girl is a killer, a maneater, is addicted to getting into relationships with AFCs and then CHEATING. If she can fuck his "friends" (see Antics thread in Relationships) all the more better. That's the sort of twisted shit that gets her off!
- This girl is as sweet as apple pie. She'd make a GREAT GF or a wife... IF I wanted to settle down
- I can feel myself getting oneitis for this woman just by looking at the screen. Next!
LOL... this was fun... notice how I form rapid impressions about women and whether I should "approach" them just based on the look on their faces!
No doubt when I am "in field" interacting with live women... I am just slightly more tense than I am behind the computer... so I probably am making these EXACT same distinctions in real time... HOWEVER... I am less conscious of WTF I am doing BECAUSE of that bodily tension/lack of mindfulness.
I am just at the early edge of meditating on a regular basis and practicing it as a skill. But I can ALREADY see benefits to my confidence and skills in field. Recent successful PUs I've had are related to this.
Because I got an email about a "double match" I started cruising Hot or Not early this AM. They are trying to morph into a dating site by allowing not just hot ratings but a yes/no question on "would you like to meet this person?" and filtered by matches in your area (can be tweaked to your preferences and takes about 5 minutes).
