It dawned on me reading some of the posts in General over the last few days that many (new) guys here think if they #### a girl she's instantly going to want something more and start stalking them or some such ####.

It's like they have this little Sunset Beach-style drama going on in their heads where every little action somehow has disastrous consequences.

Firstly, girls are quite capable of having a one-night stand without it destroying them emotionally. They've probably had many more than you. Stop taking responsibility for their psychological well being, especially if you don't know what the #### you're talking about.

Secondly, why all this sneaking around? You're a player, tell them you're a player. There are many many girls out there who are FINE with that.

I have never found the need to lie in this game. My attitude is THIS IS HOW I AM, TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT.

And let the chips fall where they may.

And I sleep very easy at night because I do not entertain this kind of drama in my head.

When I was 16 I remember making this little drama up in my head:

"I like both these girls, but I like this one better - if I get with her though, it'll blow it with the other girl. What do I do?" (Followed by doing nothing)

When the truth was I couldn't get either and this whole thing was an ego-defence to stop me trying (and potentially failing) either way.

So any time I see guys saying "I could so get with her, but then she'll want more - any tips?" I just translate that as: You think you could get her, you don't know for sure, so you've concocted this weird little drama to stop yourself trying for it to preserve the idea that you CAN get her as your dominant reality. That is ego-defence.

Something to think about.
