I've created a plan to drastically improve my health and therefor improve my life.

Some of my major problems right now are-

-Skinny and underweight
-Acne
-Acid Reflux
-Digestive problems (constipation and some urinary difficulties)

Any advice in these areas would be appreciated. I'm currently planning to-

-Lift Weights 3-4 times a week doing compound exercises like deadlift, squats, sit-ups, bench, and also balancing lower and upper body

-Cardio 2-3 times a week mainly sports and running

-Eat more in general which should increase weight coupled with lifting consistently

-Decrease grains (gluten) which is good for decreasing cortisol and also helping my digestive system

-Drink water consistently throughout the day in order to stay hydrated and boost digestion and other bodily functions

-Completely avoid sugar- I've already given up soda, now I plan to avoid things like donuts, cookies, candy, and other sugary foods that have no nutritional value. Hopefully this should do a lot to increase my health since I've noticed that I always feel a lot worse after eating things like donuts.

-Take multi-vitamin and multi-mineral supplements along with omega 3 supplements and also vitamin C+cranberry supplement (for urinary tract)

-I'm considering taking accutane for my acne. I've tried everything including various cremes, proactive, vinegar, aloe vera, and medication but none of it has worked, A dermatologist recommend I use accutane which is sort of the last result and should clear up acne forever. Does anyone have any knowledge or experience of ACCUTANE?

-I also will keep a normal sleep schedule of around 8 hours every night

Hopefully some other people can use this advice and I'm open to any other suggestions as well.
