been to a couple parties since i've been back, and really, its been fun. no LRs to report, but after a 6 month hiatus, i'm starting to get my game back, finally.
but i'm here to talk about a serious limiting belief that will stop guys from making progress: coming off as a creep.
It doesn't matter how good you are, you are going to experience it at one point or another, especially when you're starting off; its unavoidable.
i'm a good looking guy (or so i've been told, beauty is in the eye of the beholder after all) and in all honesty, don't let it get to you. you're going to suck starting off, trying to get rid of your sticking points, but don't let them get to you! keep trying! there's plenty more fish in the sea, and just because one girl sees you as a creep doesn't mean they all do! some are just insecure or may be ignorant and mistake your social tendencies as creepy, but who cares? go have fun and do your thing, don't let it stop you. eventually, you WILL stop coming off as creepy and start becoming more attractive.
it happened to me tonight: a set that i thought was going good really wasn't: i heard from my wing that she thought i was kind of a creep, and at that point i will admit my frame was shaken. however, i calibrated the situation and decided that it wasn't worth pursuing. could i have saved the set and escalated? sure. but i decided against it. she wasn't a HB10 by any means, and i feel that if she will not take my politeness in a mature manner, she is not worth my time. after all, we are still animals by nature, and we all crave sex, she just wasn't feeling my vibe.
but to the beginners: just because one girl rejects you, doesn't mean you should give up on the game. lots of guys come here looking for a magic bullet»», but the truth is, the only way to get good at picking up women is through practice. so stop reading this, go out, get rejected, learn from your mistakes, learn where to improve, and go get laid!
