Lots of berries, bit of fruit. Go for high nutrient dense fruit.

The nutrients in fruit are good for sexual vitality. I'm not basing this on any scientific stuff, i'm going off my own experimentation.

Berries are the best.

I always used to think fruit = sugar = bad.

But it's not that simple.

The sugar in fruit doesn't process the same way as normal sugar.

I actually thought that sounded kinda bullshit when I first heard it.

But I've always been able to notice the instant high and carb-crash from eating processed sugar (chocolate, sweets, cakes, chinese food, etc...)

Since I reintroduced fresh fruit into my diet a few weeks ago I have noticed no such thing, no matter how much fruit I eat.

So lots of fruit, a few oranges, blueberries, rasberries, strawberries, apples, etc.

Lots of salad too. I buy the pre-made salads and just chuck them on whatever meat I'm eating.

So I'll eat say a steak, or lamb chops, or blood pudding, or tuna/mayo, and just throw a pre-pack salad over it.

I basically have salad whenever I eat meat now.

Also buy pre-chopped carrots and broccolli and boil that up a little. I'm not a raw food nut, actually I can't stand raw food. But I am careful not to over-boil it, the more you boil vedge the more you fuck up the good stuff in it.

So I'll eat that with meat too. I never eat vedge or salad on its own - always with meat.

I often eat eggs, and I rarely eat cheese.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Also the occasional cup of black coffee.

I have no restriction on how much food I eat. I just eat however much I want.

But no pasta, bread, pastry, sugar, milk, potatoes, cereals, etc...

I'm considering introducing certain types of beans and nuts into my diet once I've done a little more research.

I have experimented tons with different foods. I've done no carb, low carb, high protein, eat whatever, eat little, etc...

This is the best one I've found yet in terms of how healthy I feel, and how my body is shaping up.
