..bypassing shyness - ijjjji style.

If you see a girl you like, and think of her as a stranger, this triggers a slew of defense mechanisms designed by evolution to keep you 'socially safe'. They are also effective at preventing PU, so you want to avoid them. HERE is a exercise of 3 easy practical steps to seeing girls differently in the future, thus not triggering those reactions.

However, you will be required to PRACTICE DILIGENTLY, before this becomes a reliable. Do not expect the positive effect to become very noticeable until you've done it 300-500 times.

It requires a hot girl each time, but it does not require direct interaction, nor that the girl notices you. So no matter the setting, you can do this practice. Therefore, your goal is to do this EVERY time you spot a girl you like. You will forget sometimes in beginning, so dont hate yourself for that.

1) When you see a nice girl, start smiling.

2) When you start smiling, practice feeling a blooming warm happiness inside.

3) Look directly at the girl repeatedly during this.

There are deeper things and details you will notice when you get more used to doing it, but this simplified description is EXACT what you need to get started. NB: It wont be easy or even work at all every time in beginning, so no self hating for that. A good way to get faster training is to seek places with lots of girls and focus really hard on not forgetting to do this.
