Wow.. When you type 'nutrition' inside google video search and pick results longer than 20min, you get some (not all) GREAT vids.

Sooo, carbs is obviously the new transfat that everyone can talk trash about.. incredible example is the Dr Russel vid on the first page..

I was trying to do a carb up while watching that, and the food kinda got STUCK in my throat.

Anyways, I can relate 100%. I was quite amazed the first time I went low carb and stepped away from the life long carb enduced 'cloudiness' (after that first HELL WEEK of extreme sugar cravings)..

Anyways, my advice today is to watch some of those videos, cos it seems to make carbs taste less tempting.

(Sidenote.. In my 'soft' periods, I struggle to lay even UG for ONS.. while in my lean/fit periods, I tend to end up with multiple hot GFs.. No wonder my next project will be the Lean Bulk..)
